Kevin Anderson, Owner and Founder
Kevin Anderson began his career in Napa Valley's distinguished construction industry in 1988, apprenticing under master craftsmen whose dedication to excellence shaped his approach to the trade. Their mentorship instilled a deep appreciation for precision, artistry, and the enduring value of exceptional workmanship.
In 1997, Kevin founded D N Anderson Construction with a singular vision: to create homes that are as timeless as they are functional. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, thoughtful design collaboration, and uncompromising work ethic, Kevin approaches every project with the belief that true luxury lies in the seamless balance of beauty, craftsmanship, and purpose. Under his leadership, D N Anderson Construction has built a reputation for transforming inspired ideas into enduring works of architectural excellence.
Outside of the office and job site, Kevin enjoys time on the golf course, cheering on football and rugby, and, most importantly, spending time with his wife, Tressa, his daughters, Stella and Desiree, and his grandchildren, Palmer and RJ.
Stella Anderson, Operations Director
Growing up surrounded by construction sites, architectural plans, and Napa Valley real estate, joining D N Anderson Construction felt less like a career path and more like a natural calling. As the next generation of the family business, Stella brings a fresh perspective while honoring the legacy of craftsmanship and excellence that has defined the company for decades.
A lifelong athlete, Stella earned her bachelor's degree from Washington State University before completing her MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport. She built her early career in the sports industry, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and strategic planning. In 2021, she returned home to join D N Anderson Construction, initially leading operations before expanding her role across the business.
Today, Stella serves as the company's Operational Director, overseeing the systems, client experience, and day to day execution that keep every project running seamlessly. Combining a keen eye for design with an unwavering commitment to organization and efficiency, she helps guide each project from concept to completion while continuing to shape the future of the family business.
Deeply rooted in the Napa Valley community, Stella enjoys supporting local events, discovering the region's newest restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. She believes that exceptional work begins with a balanced life and can often be found exploring Napa and beyond with her husband, Rusty, their son, RJ, and their beloved English Bulldog, Bru.
